Order Cancellation Policy

Pango begins preparing orders after confirmation.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
• Standard orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch begins, subject to confirmation.
• Custom, personalized, and bulk manufacturing orders may not be cancellable once production has started, where permitted by law.
• If an eligible order is cancelled, any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedures.
• Orders already shipped cannot normally be cancelled in transit.

Please contact Pango with your order number to request a cancellation. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
