Candle Safety Guidelines

At Pango, customer safety is important to us. Candles involve an open flame and must be used responsibly.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, and other flammable materials.
• Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Keep the wick trimmed according to the product's instructions.
• Avoid burning candles in drafts or near combustible objects.
• Do not move a candle while the wax is hot or liquid.
• Stop using a candle when only the recommended safe amount of wax remains.
• Follow any additional safety instructions supplied with the product.

Pango is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or unsafe burning practices, to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
